On Wednesday 05 February 2025, in the presence of Chief/HAGS Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, at the headquarters of the Hellenic Army War College, at “CHIEFTAIN D. DALIPIS” Camp in Thessaloniki, during the ceremony for the Change of Command of the HAWC, Brigadier General Dimitrios Xogiannis assumed command from Brigadier General Anastasios Kyriakidis.
The ceremony was attended by Archimandrite Mr. Stylianos, representing the Reverend Metropolitan of Nea Krini-Kalamaria Mr. Ioustinos, the Deputy Mayor Ms. Mary Tsirambidou, representing the Mayor of Kalamaria Ms. Chrysa Arapoglou, Lieutenant General Athanasios Garinis, Commanding General of C Army Corps/NRDC-GR “MEGAS ALEXANDROS”, Senior Army Officers and representatives μof the other Services of the Armed and Security Forces.
