On Friday, 13 March 2026, in the presence of the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, the graduation ceremony of the Reserve Officers Course for Land Operations Tactical Planning took place at the headquarters of the Army War College in Thessaloniki.
The course was conducted from 08 to 13 March 2026, within the framework of reserves’ refresher retraining, with the participation of 50 Reserve Officers. Its purpose was to provide training in the Military Decision-Making Process during the planning and conduct of tactical operations.
The ceremony was attended by the Metropolitan of Nea Krini and Kalamaria, His Eminence Mr Ioustinos, the Army Inspector General/Commander EU–OHQ, Lieutenant General Stavros Papastathopoulos, the Commander of the Supreme Military Command of Epirus and Macedonia/NRDC-GR “Alexander the Great”, Lieutenant General Grigorios Bountliakis, the Commander of the Sustainment Division (MERYP) “Prometheus”, Major General Dimitrios Tselekidis, the Director of the Mobilisation and National Guard Directorate of the Hellenic Army General Staff, Brigadier General Grigorios Zacharopoulos, representatives of the local selfgovernment and other guests.
