Several lectures were conducted on the 15th of November 2024 at the Hellenic Army War College – HAWC, regarding the International Humanitarian Law, the operational and tactical lessons from the Russian – Ukraine conflict and the Deterrence Theory.
The lectures were conducted by Associate Professor Miltiadis Sarigiannidis from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, by Professor Manos Karagiannis from the University of Macedonia and Dr. Ioannis Papafloratos respectively.
