On 25 and 26 July 2026, the Feast Day of Saint Paraskevi was celebrated at the Church dedicated to the saint, in the “CHIEFTAIN DIMITRIOS DALIPIS” Camp in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki.
The event was attended by His Eminence the Metropolitan of the Holy Metropolis of Nea Krini and Kalamaria Mr Ioustinos, the Deputy Minister of the Interior for Macedonia and Thrace Mr Konstantinos Gkioulekas, the Mayor of Kalamaria Chrysa Arapoglou, the Commanding General of the Sustainment Division Major General Dimitrios Tselekidis, representing the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff (HAGS), the Commandant of the Supreme Joint War College Major General Emmanouil Tsakanias, Brigadier General Georgios Liambas, representing the Supreme Military Command of Epirus and Macedonia, Brigadier General Dimitrios Xogiannis Commandant of the Hellenic Army War College, the military and civilian personnel of the Sustainment Division Headquarters and the Hellenic Army War College. Numerous citizens also attended the event.
